At the Forgiveness Expo you’ll learn to identify and let go of limiting thoughts, feelings, and harmful memories from the past and learn to transform the way you see yourself and others. You’ll gain a new perspective on your life and your relationships by dumping your emotional baggage, and focusing on the positive feelings and emotions.

9 AM – 10:30 AM

JANET MONTGOMERY

Famed hypnotherapist Janet Montgomery opens the day with meditation and relaxation exercises, followed by a talk on self-esteem, confidence, anxiety, overcoming your fears as an individual or in a relationship, and how forgiveness can help trigger a better you subconsciously. Also included: a hypnotherapy demonstration, plus audience Q&A.

10:45 AM – 12:15 PM

WALTER JACOBSON

Psychiatrist and bestselling author of FORGIVE TO WIN, Dr. Jacobsen helps people achieve the success, happiness, and physical well-being that has eluded them despite all the self-help techniques they have tried. By understanding the power of forgiveness, you’ll learn how to eliminate the guilt, shame, and self-loathing deeply embedded in your unconscious mind which generates your self-destructive, self-defeating behaviors. Plus workshop exercises and audience Q&A.

From the hit TV show “Divine Intervention,” Catholic Priest Stephen Porter has spent a lifetime studying and understanding hope and forgiveness. From working at the Vatican, to knowing Pope John Paul II, to being personally asked by Mother Teresa to join her on her worldwide pilgrimages, Father Steve offers a very  unique approach to forgiveness and spiritual well-being. With his intelligence, wit and humor, he’ll make you think about the choices you make in life and how they affect you and those around you. Most importantly, he’ll help you answer the question: Can you forgive yourself?

Candy Finnigan is a nationally recognized best-selling author, addiction specialist and interventionist, and is one of the featured interventionists on the acclaimed A&E hit series “INTERVENTION.” Candy’s knows full well the power of forgiveness not only when confronting  others and their self-destructive, self-sabotaging behavior, but confronting your own demons.  This intense, emotional session will take you into the heart of your relationships with others, how we confront loved one who are hurting themselves and those around them, and much more. An audience Q&A will follow.

Candy Finnigan is a nationally recognized author, addiction specialist and interventionist, who has been one of the featured interventionists on the acclaimed A&E Emmy Award-winning series “INTERVENTION.” Candy brings with her  over 30 years of expertise in crisis interventionism for individuals and families, as well as a variety of mental health issues.  In recovery herself for 33 years, Candy states, “I was inspired to go into this work because I saw that as a recovering woman and mother, I might be able to connect with others and bring help and hope to families, in a way that, perhaps, others couldn’t. It’s not just my work, it’s my life.” She has been honored by many organizations in the recovery field for her outstanding work and dedication.
