It’s been a long while since we last heard Calvin Harris release an original track that he also sang on, the last one being his smash hit “Summer” which was released in 2014. Calvin’s latest offering, however, does just that in the form of a tantalizing tropical house track titled “My Way” which throws some obvious shade at his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift, mentioning:
“I made my move, and it was all about you. So I feel so far removed. You were the one thing in my way”
While typically Taylor Swift is known for the breakup songs, it seems Calvin Harris has beat her to the punch in this instance. We’re just glad she isn’t in his way any longer as the hit-maker continues to release singles in lieu of another album.
