2. Content Usage and Ownership
All written content, images, videos, designs, and media displayed on our Platform are either:
- Owned by Pump It Up Magazine LLC, or
- Used with proper licensing, permission, or attribution.
By submitting any form of content (text, images, audio, video, etc.) to Pump It Up Magazine LLC, you affirm that:
- You are the legal owner or license holder of all materials submitted.
- You grant Pump It Up Magazine LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, edit, distribute, promote, and archive the content across our Platform and promotional channels.
- You agree to indemnify and hold Pump It Up Magazine LLC harmless from any copyright claims, licensing issues, or legal disputes arising from your submissions.
3. Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks
Payment Policy
All payments for advertising, features, editorial placements, promotional packages, and digital services must be paid in advance.
Refund Policy – No Refunds
All sales are final.
Once work has started or content has been published, no refunds will be issued.
Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted once services have been rendered or content has been published.
Clients initiating a chargeback will be responsible for all legal, administrative, and recovery fees associated with the dispute.
PayPal Fees
A standard 2.9% PayPal transaction fee applies to the total invoice amount.

4. Revisions Policy
- Clients receive two (2) rounds of revisions for drafts (articles, graphics, videos, advertising materials, etc.).
- Additional revision rounds incur a $50 fee per round.
- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the first draft. After 7 days, the content is considered final.
5. Editorial Rights
Pump It Up Magazine LLC reserves the right to:
- Edit submissions for clarity, grammar, accuracy, or style.
- Decline or remove content that conflicts with our brand, values, or community guidelines.
- Determine whether or not a submission is published.
By submitting content, you authorize us to share it across:
- Our website
- Social media channels
- Email newsletters
- KPIU Radio promotional features
- Partner platforms where applicable
Publication is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of our editorial team.
6. Advertising & Promotional Services
We offer the following paid promotional opportunities:
- Sponsored Articles & Guest Posts
- Interviews & Editorial Features
- Product, Music & Business Reviews
- Banner Ads
- Social Media Promotions
- Radio Advertising via KPIU Radio (our official station)

Advertising Terms
- All advertising fees must be paid upfront.
- No refunds after ad approval or publication.
- Advertisers must comply with U.S. advertising standards and regulations.
7. Music, Videos & Copyright
All music, video, and multimedia submissions must comply with copyright law.
By submitting content, creators and artists affirm that:
- They own or control full rights to the music or video,
or - They have express permission from the rights holder.
Pump It Up Magazine LLC does not assume liability for unauthorized submissions.
Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or public use of featured music or videos is prohibited.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Pump It Up Magazine LLC complies with U.S. privacy regulations and international standards, including GDPR, regarding the handling of personal data.

9. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including:

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
