Oh, awards season, how we’ve missed you. The SAG Awards 2022 fashion marked a return to in-person celebrations in tinseltown after nearly two years, and the red carpet did not disappoint.

Like most things in 2021, last year’s SAG Awards fashion lived under the shadow of the COVID-19 pandemic. Gone were the days of red carpet moments and matching masks to dresses, in favor of totally virtual looks—ones curated by celebrities and their stylists in bite-sized Instagram reels. This year, though, the magic is back.

And the SAG Awards 2022 red carpet kicks off an awards season that is sure to be filled with style moments and trend staples that dominate the internet—think feathers, sequins, tulle, and too many mini bags to count.

After the nominations for the 28th annual show were announced earlier this year, all eyes were on the stars attending—and more specifically, what they would wear. It’s safe to say for the first major red carpet of the season, actors definitely brought the drama and a feast for the eyes.
