We accept high-quality, original contributions that inform, uplift, and empower our audience. These contributor guidelines are designed to protect editorial quality, maintain transparency, and ensure a positive experience for both contributors and our global readership.
1. Content We Accept
We welcome articles in the following categories:

- Beauty, Fashion & Lifestyle (with substance)
- Books & Author Spotlights
All content must provide real value — not fluff, not recycled content, and not sales-only articles.
2. Contributor Guidelines & Editorial Standards (Very Important)
To be accepted, your article must:
- Be 100% original (not published elsewhere)
- Be well-written, clear, and easy to read
- Use short paragraphs, headings, and bullet points
- Solve a real problem or answer a real question for readers
- Match our uplifting and empowering tone
We reserve the right to edit headlines, formatting, and links for clarity, SEO, and brand consistency.
3. Article Structure Requirements
To improve readability and performance, please follow this structure:
- Headline: clear, engaging, benefit-driven
- Introduction: hook the reader in the first 2–3 sentences
- Body: use H2/H3 headings and keep paragraphs short
- Conclusion: strong takeaway or encouragement
- Optional CTA: invite readers to learn more or take action
Ideal length: 800–1,500 words.
4. SEO & Formatting Guidelines
We prioritize content that performs well on search engines and Google Discover. Please ensure:
- One main topic per article (stay focused)
- Natural language (no keyword stuffing)
- Clear H2/H3 headings
- Bullet points where relevant
- High readability on mobile
Our editorial team may optimize titles, headings, and meta descriptions.
5. Links & Promotion Policy
Non-sponsored submissions:
- Up to 2 relevant links
- No link exchanges
- No spam, casinos, CBD, adult content, or unrelated affiliate networks
Sponsored or promotional content: must be disclosed and may require pricing based on our media kit.
Note: Pump It Up Magazine does not accept “free promo” requests or backlink-only submissions.
6. Images & Media
- Submit 2–4 high-quality images (JPG or PNG)
- Images must be royalty-free or owned by the contributor
- Provide image credits if required
- No blurry, low-resolution, or heavily watermarked images

8. Contributor Guidelines: How to Submit
Please email your submission to:

- 2–4 images (attached or via Drive link)
- Optional: your website + social media handles
Paid Features & Promotional Content
While Pump It Up Magazine welcomes editorial contributions, promotional or brand-focused content is not published for free.
If your submission is intended to promote a product, service, artist, brand, or business, we offer paid feature options:
- Online Feature (Interview or Review): $89
- Website + KPIU Radio Airplay + Spotify Playlist or /and Podcast Mention: $125
- Full Feature (Website + Radio + Magazine): $170
These options provide enhanced visibility, promotion, and editorial support.

9. Editorial Rights
By submitting, you agree that Pump It Up Magazine may edit content for clarity, length, SEO, and formatting. Publication timing is at editorial discretion.
