The Mission Behind Peace Project Global
Founded in 2018, Peace Project Global is more than just a brand—it’s a growing community of music lovers, creatives, and change-makers working together to spread positivity, well-being, and unity. With initiatives like Dance4Peace and Rock4Peace, Crooks’ platform harnesses the power of music and entertainment to bring light into darker spaces.
“Our aim is to bring collaborators and influencers from all around the world together to help spread positivity, well-being, and happiness,” says David.
The organization actively seeks partnerships with media outlets, musicians, and creatives from around the globe. With a growing presence across social media and its official website peaceprojectglobal.com, Peace Project Global is well on its way to becoming a beacon for collective healing and artistic activism.
David’s journey also includes collaborations with acclaimed disco/dance producer Rick Gianatos, and vocal powerhouse Sherrie Payne of The Supremes. These projects reflect David’s commitment to honoring the roots of music while pushing messages of peace and progress forward.
Exclusive Interview with David Crooks
1. What moment made you realize you weren’t done?
My journey to building a brand and small company has had its ups and downs, but my vision remains unchanged. It’s time to unite through music, events, love, positivity, and unity.
2. What setbacks or challenges have you overcome to keep your mission alive?
Throughout my journey, setbacks have been plentiful and community support has been lacking. However, I’ve received unexpected kindness from strangers. Financial struggles have been real, but I’ve remained self-sufficient. I’m optimistic about securing sponsors soon. When faced with stagnation, I pause, reflect and adjust my strategy.
3. Tell us about a project you’re most proud of.
My journey hasn’t always gone as planned, but I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished so far. Through Dance4Peace, The Peace Project, and Rock4Peace, I’ve met amazing people and had the chance to spread positivity. I’m thankful for the importance of teamwork and the loyal people who’ve supported me along the way.

4. Mental health is a big part of any comeback. How have you protected yours?
I’ve been navigating ups and downs with my mental health, and life has been difficult at times. Despite this, I feel fortunate to have a loving family, great friends, and I prioritize my health through rest, nutrition, and physical activity. Looking after myself and being around positive energy is vital.
5. What advice do you have for others who’ve been counted out?
Keep striving for your goals and aspirations, whatever they may be. Take the leap, put in the effort, and tune out the naysayers and skeptics. Stay focused on your objectives and keep pushing forward—not trying is what leads to regret.
6. What’s next for Peace Project Global?
I’m excited to share new music soon and expand my brand through touring, events and collaborations with artists, DJs and industry professionals worldwide. My goal is to work with major companies, host a large-scale event with a talented team and foster a strong brand image. By working together, I hope to spread positivity and counterbalance negativity in the modern world. Please reach out if you’d like to be part of this movement.
